- Hospice and Home Health physicians who specialize in end-of-life care and work with the hospice team to provide medical oversight and guidance.
- Hospice and Home Health nurses to provide hands-on care and support to patients, including managing symptoms, administering medications, and coordinating care with other medical professionals.
- Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care to patients, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Hospice and Home Health social workers to help patients and their families navigate emotional, social, and financial challenges related to end-of-life care.
- Hospice and Home Health spiritual care providers, such as chaplains, provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Hospice and Home Health volunteers provide a wide range of services, from companionship and emotional support to practical tasks such as running errands and providing respite for caregivers.
