Those of us at The Lily Foundation are a team made up of caring volunteers and highly-trained medical professionals with a deep passion for people.
The Foundation, a family-operated non-profit, was created to help the ederly of Wisconsin with a support system to help provide assistance when needed. Assistance comes in many forms and is flexible to the needs of those in need.
Like the Lily flower, our lives are full of beauty and uniqueness and when the flower wilts away the soul is then restored to its innocence. We strive to provide a comforting transition in the patient’s journey through excellence in end-of-life support and care. At Lily Foundation, we’re here for you and your loved ones every step of the way. We are caregivers who truly care.
How The Foundation Helps
We play a crucial role in helping our elderly population in various ways that include problem solving, needed items and support to those providing assistance.
Our Scholarship Program
We offer resources and support for family caregivers and professionals who are looking after our elderly that include counseling and educational programs.
Our Team
Our highly-trained medical, spiritual and social staff, supplemented by volunteers, are devoted to patient well-being and compassionate care for the elderly.
