About Lily Healthcare

Lily Healthcare is an independent, family-owned and operated hospice and home health service created to help our patients, their families, and caregivers throughout Wisconsin. Dr. Tracy Geiger and Tiffany Geiger, APNP, the owners and founders of Lily Healthcare, have cared for hospice patients, home health patients and their families for their entire careers and feel blessed and grateful to work with such wonderful teammates, patients, families and caregivers.

Too often  healthcare is a business-like interaction for patients and families. After seeing this trend over the years we wanted to create a hospice that truly puts the patient and their family first. We also recognize and appreciate our dedicated and skilled providers who deliver compassionate care everyday. Our care team was started with over 30 years of cumulative experience and know-how in home health, hospice and medical care for the elderly.
