Welcome to Lily Healthcare. We thank you for choosing us and placing your trust in our care team. Lily Healthcare was started by Dr. Tracy Geiger and Tiffany Geiger, APNP. After years of caring for geriatric patients, the Geigers felt that healthcare should be focused on the needs of the patients and the healthcare providers that care for them.

Through medical care by physicians and nurse practitioners, hospice care with dedicated hospice care providers, and other care services, we have created a care model where the patients' needs are placed above everything else. We believe we've created a wonderful place for healthcare providers to impart their skills, care, and compassion to those in need.
